What needed solving

A US insurer needed to ingest enrollment data in six incompatible formats (EDI, CSV, XLSX, JSON, XML, FLAT), route it reliably, and serve five distinct user roles, all under HIPAA.

How I built it

Built a HIPAA-compliant pipeline: an 18-module ingestion/validation/enrichment engine, Kafka envelope routing, and five separate Next.js portals, delivered single-handedly across a full DEV/SIT/UAT/PROD estate.

HIPAA-compliant ACA and Multi-LOB enrollment platform. NestJS/Lambda backend for multi-format file processing, Kafka-based envelope routing, policy management, and five Next.js portals (Internal Ops, Payer Admin, Member, CSR, Guest/Binder Payment).
